06/15/2009- Lance is quoted by Olivia Watkins of the Baton Rouge Business Report in her extensive report on the Stanford scandal, "Broken Trust." Here is a pdf version.
03/06/2009- Olivia Watkins of the Baton Rouge Business Report conducted an extensive interview with Lance Paddock on the possible consequences to investors who invested with The Stanford Group and had received money from distributions or cashing in the CD's. An important note, Lance is not supporting the legal interpretations he was addressing. Rather, he is explaining how the courts and the receiver may view the matter. In retrospect, the receiver did in fact move forward with an interpretation quite similar to the path Lance discussed in the interview. Here is a pdf version of the article.
